I'll leave this up to you guys because I really have no idea. Give me your thoughts and whatever is agreed upon will happen.

Maybe technology could go in a different direction than it has in the real world. Maybe it could be different for each race. Just a few thoughts.

Again i say how are cannons and guns, different then high level magic? you could make explosions with magic that are more deadly then cannons, and a gun would not help much against a dragon. I vote that we allow the races to chose how far they evolve. if one wants to have magic society, or a technological society, or a technomacer society, its their choice.

I think that technology should vary according to race, God and according to the needs of beings, for example the beings that can fly have no need to develop technology or spells to do that and those in communion with nature could develop plant-based technology, it doesn't have to follow human concepts.
