The Advantages of Getting The Cheapest Web Hosting Online ...

?

New web entrepreneurs show up every day and the requirement for inexpensive annual web hosting plans is rising. Some beginners check out inexpensive host to get a hang of how website hosting, domain registration, and other complex stuff of web marketing works. Experienced net marketers use such hosting plans to host multiple sites to maximize their profits. These experienced online marketers will tell you one thing inexpensive hosting is crazily money making if you understand exactly what to do.

Host Multiple Web sites with one account folks who make allegations of thousands of dollars of monthly revenue thru net have a few lots of web sites hosted in inexpensive servers. They have the trick of finding web hosts that permit 10, 50 or even more sites in one account at a fixed rate. One server is sufficient to host multiple internet sites.

Some servers can even handle thousands of web sites. Each internet site is a money maker whether or not it is hosted on an inexpensive server. The multiple web sites make profits for the entrepreneurs in the shape of associate sales, AdSense clicks, display adverts, and there are other types of programs that you can find to help you with making profits. They can be using these inexpensive sites to push their main business web site.

Start Out in Style When you start an individual blogs at yourname.com, it?s not cost effective to pay for a dedicated server. Your Word Press blog can stay with 1 or 2 dozen others. Though this sounds hazardous, it isn?t so. Web hosts, even the least expensive ones will look after their servers. They keep it safe with necessary antivirus tools, anti-spamming measures and other security features. This will also give you the chance to learn how to blog so in time you can start making some serious money with blogging.

The web hosts are responsible parties and they?re going to keep the web sites hosted with them safe. With some cases like dealing with Blogger.com, you can host your private web site or blog even for free in Google?s servers. The drawback for free hosting is they lack even the basic features like ftp access. Technology Makes Hosting Inexpensive Developments in technology basically made website hosting less expensive much less expensive than it was five-ten years back.

With advanced technologies, web hosts can offer you hosting space at extraordinarily inexpensive rates and still turn a profit. The single thing is they cap the web space and bandwidth. As your net traffic and business grow, it?s often possible to buy more server space and bandwidth. Another idea is that you can have a look for other inexpensive plans that offer more server space and bandwidth. If you look at these offers closely, you can see you can run an internet business at less than $10 every month.

After you know your business is going up, it is often possible to buy more of inexpensive annual hosting programs or hosting plans for 3 or 5 years. This could further reduce per-month hosting costs. Read the Small Print It is alluring to fall for the least expensive website hosting offers. It?s also simple to think an offer is too fantastic to be right. Both habits are not good for business. With some patient research, you can actually find great host offering inexpensive services.

Always read the small print and get details of upkeep schedule. Regardless of what your business is, you want more than 99% up time. Understand the T&Cs you agreed to. The point is, don?t leap right into conclusions. Read and learn what you get for what you pay. Enroll in inexpensive annual packages only after you know precisely what you get and what you?re going to do with them.

Obama's preference for talks with Iran faces test

International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) chief Yukiya Amano, left, talks with reporters during a news briefing at the conclusion of his meeting with Iran's top nuclear negotiator, Saeed Jalili, right, in Tehran, Iran, Monday, 21, 2012. The head of the U.N. nuclear agency arrived Monday in Tehran on a key mission that could lead to the resumption of probes by the watchdog on whether Iran has secretly worked on an atomic weapon. It would also strength the Islamic Republic's negotiating hand in crucial nuclear talks with six world powers later this week in Baghdad. (AP Photo/IRNA,Adel Pazzyar)

(AP) ? President Barack Obama's preferred path to end the Iranian nuclear standoff faces a stern test this week when world powers sit down with Iran in another bid to press it to meet international demands to prove it is not trying to develop nuclear weapons. Failure will strengthen calls for military action.

Wednesday's talks in Baghdad come at a critical juncture in the almost decade-long effort to persuade Iran's government to halt its enrichment of uranium and allow unfettered access to international inspectors, with Israel continuing to speak of a possible attack. Republican rival Mitt Romney also has derided Obama's engagement efforts, putting pressure on the president to deliver progress soon.

The chief of the U.N. nuclear watchdog, Yukiya Amano, said Tuesday that the agency had reached a deal with Iran that would allow it to resume a long-stalled search for evidence that Iran worked secretly to build nuclear arms.

After talks Monday in Tehran between Amano and chief Iranian nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili, "the decision was made ... to reach agreement" on the mechanics of giving the International Atomic Energy Agency access to sites, scientists and documents it seeks to restart its probe, Amano told reporters in Vienna Tuesday.

However, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whose country sees Iran as a threat to its very existence, reminded world powers they need to be tough.

"Iran wants to destroy Israel, and it is developing nuclear weapons to fulfill that goal," he said. Iran insists its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes only.

The Obama administration is being vague about its immediate goals. Despite warning of an increasingly narrow time frame for a negotiated agreement, officials say the discussions in Iraq's capital will gauge Tehran's seriousness and explore elements of a possible agreement. The strategy aims to avoid the all-or-nothing stakes that have derailed previous talks. Even within the administration, attitudes range from skeptical to extremely cautious.

In a statement Tuesday, Robert A. Wood, the chief U.S. delegate to the IAEA, said Washington appreciated Amano's efforts but remained "concerned by the urgent obligation for Iran to take concrete steps to cooperate fully with the verification efforts of the IAEA, based on IAEA verification practices."

"We urge Iran to take this opportunity to resolve all outstanding concerns about the nature of its nuclear program," Wood said. "Full and transparent cooperation with the IAEA is the first logical step."

Last week, White House press secretary Jay Carney said, "The pressure will be on the Iranians to demonstrate continued good faith." He called on Tehran to address its nuclear program "in concrete ways" with the U.S., Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany, and said sanctions and pressure on Iran would continue as well, led by the United States.

Congress is about to negotiate bipartisan legislation to green-light stronger sanctions. The Senate on Monday approved tough new penalties on the Tehran regime, while the House passed its version of the measure in December.

Asked about the objective for Baghdad, State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said, "We want to see a really concrete, serious discussion about steps that will demonstrate that we are moving in the right direction."

Obama opposes a near-term military strike on Iran's nuclear facilities and has pressed Israel to give diplomacy and sanctions time to work. He insists that military options are available should talks fail, a position that clashes with Netanyahu and increasingly hawkish Republicans who want him to act even tougher.

Netanyahu in particular has charged the process with being too accommodating to Tehran. "I see no evidence whatsoever that Iran is serious about ending its nuclear program," he said last week.

For all the talk of a positive atmosphere, U.S. officials have struggled to demonstrate any progress so far. They cautiously welcomed last month's opening meeting in Istanbul but pushed off the harder questions until after this week's follow-up talks. Official comments have continued to stress the importance of the process over single rounds of discussions, suggesting there may no breakthrough following the Baghdad meeting.

But patience isn't inexhaustible. Many in the United States have accepted the Jewish state's argument that Iran's enrichment activity may be too far along and buried too deep underground after this summer for Israel to take military action. And a solid majority of Americans support the option of military action against Iran to prevent it from developing nuclear weapons, according to a recent Pew Research Center survey.

Lengthy negotiations without a clear outcome would enrage Israel because Iran would presumably continue expanding its nuclear program in the meantime. For Obama, however, the talks are a calculated political risk.

On the one hand, they buy his administration some time on a tough decision over possible military action at a time of fevered partisan debate linked to November's presidential election. But if the process collapses before then, it would undermine Obama's claims of sturdy leadership on national security issues, from winding down America's wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to killing al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden.

The U.S.-Israeli disconnect has spilled over repeatedly into America's presidential race, with GOP candidates jockeying throughout the primary season to position themselves as the best defenders of Israel's security. Since emerging as the party's clear nominee, Romney has continued to accuse Obama of sacrificing Israel's interests, arguing several times that his re-election would guarantee Iran's production of a bomb.

But a military response is not without pitfalls, which could explain why Romney has shied away from explicitly threatening American strikes anytime soon.

An attack may set back Iran's pursuit of nuclear weapons capability but would be unlikely to deliver a death blow to the program. And Iran can retaliate in several ways against U.S. interests, from disrupting Mideast oil deliveries to supporting proxy terrorists against allies such as Israel or unstable states like Lebanon.

Avoiding these constraints, Republicans have focused their criticism of Obama for holding talks with Iran at all.

"The administration's foolish embrace of yet another round of negotiations will only embolden the regime," said Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Fla., the chairwoman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee. "The administration has made concession after concession in its negotiations with Iran only to come (home) empty-handed. The Iranian approach seems to be, 'What's mine is mine, and what's yours is negotiable.'"

Ros-Lehtinen referred to diplomatic rumblings suggesting the Obama administration could allow Iran to enrich low-grade uranium if it halted activity at levels closer to weapons-grade material. The United States has long demanded an end to all Iranian enrichment, in line with U.N. Security Council resolutions, along with unfettered access for inspectors and the transfer of already enriched stockpiles out of the country.

Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and other officials have denied that the U.S. is changing its position on enrichment.

Thus, if Iran maintains a hard line on enriching uranium, even at lower levels for nuclear fuel production, it would put the Obama administration in a difficult spot between joining its international partners who would prefer to meet the Iranians halfway and appearing weak in an election season.

whatever: movie party....in MOMs room!

I am always looking for fun ways to spend time with my kids.
3M sent a projector to help us be creative with family time.
i couldn't wait to use it.

IMG_0912-1

My mind was immediately full of ideas!
We have an outdoor movie party every year at the end of summer.
We provide every kind of topping you can imagine and our guests bring their favorite
kinds of ice cream.
In the past we've borrowed a projector, but now we have the 3M? Mobile Projector!
It's small and portable and hooks up to an iTouch, iPod, iPad or even my laptop -- amazing!

Most of the time I am not up for hosting a big party with lots of prep and planning.
But we always have family night on Fridays. It's usually pizza and board games.
this week I surprised the kids with a formal invitation to my party.

IMG_0910-1IMG_0911-2

All we need for family night is us!
Just seeing that sign made my three youngest completely thrilled.

We piled onto my bed and used our new 3M projector to make memories together.
Comfy

jammies were required, slippers were also in attendance.
W
e needed LOTS of soft pillows and favorite blankets.

 IMG_0944-1

I popped popcorn, bought chocolate chip cookies and we used water bottles for drinks.
Actually, we even shared water bottles, because we are family!
I don't think I can watch a movie without Mike & Ike's so i made sure we had those too.

IMG_0946-1

My little girls were very excited. They love to be cuddly with me and with their dad.

The hardest part of the entire evening was choosing a movie!
We watch lots of movies so it was a challenge to pick one that keeps their interest
and that they haven't seen. My favorite family movie is "The Emperor's New Groove," so we almost
chose that. But we hadn't seen HUGO so i went with that one. I rented it from iTunes, downloading
on the iTouch. The kids found their comfy spot and settled in. There was just barely enough room
for us, but the squishier the better when it comes to cuddling!

We loved spending time together in a fun new way. You don't need a big party to have fun.
Sometimes the best times are when you are just together, even if you're smooshed. Ha ha ha!

The 3M projector will be great for slumber parties, camping, team parties...so many possibilities!
It's so small we can even take it on vacation.

It turns your tiny little iTouch into a movie theater -- that's awesome!
You can get an additional cable to hook it up to PCs if you don't have the i-products.
It is also able to be hooked up to bigger speakers for more sound.
It's available at Target.

Just kidding!

First-time real estate investor Terry Jordan in Tate County, Mississippi, thought she scored a steal in Senatobia. Her husband recently lost his job, so the couple turned to the opportunity-rich distressed real estate market ?to help them while they go through a tough time,? according to WREG.com.

They settled on a nearby fixer-upper that they hoped would generate quick cashflow. And by all accounts, did everything that most buyers are supposed to do, hiring a local agent, touring the property three times and then making an offer that was ultimately accepted.

There was just one problem: After sinking ?thousands? of dollars into their newly-purchased investment property ? new roof, electrical upgrades, etc. ? the Jordan?s learned that they were sold ?the wrong house.? Indeed, a post-sale property survey revealed that a nearby ?pitiful? home that is half the size and filled with mold, was actually the one that was legally purchased.

The agency that showed and sold her the ?wrong? home has since explained that the mortgage company ?gave them misinformation.? Nonetheless, at this moment in time, the Jordan?s are still without a resolution to the fiasco, owning a home they don?t want and having sunk thousands into another that isn?t legally theirs because of a very odd (and large) mistake.

And, in the process, giving new definitions to old familiar foreclosure expressions such as ?buyer beware? and ?as-is.?

Check out a video from the local news broadcast that details the sticky situation:

Obama to address Air Force Academy commencement

(AP) ? President Barack Obama plans to deliver the commencement address to the U.S. Air Force Academy, his fourth service academy graduation speech in four years.

The president will travel to Colorado Springs, Colo., on Wednesday, just days after completing a NATO summit in Chicago where the U.S. and its allies firmed up plans for eventual withdrawal from Afghanistan at the end of 2014.

Since 2009, Obama has delivered commencement addresses at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, Conn.

Debt Management for Personal Loans

Personal loans can offer individuals a way to have the funds for an array of uses. Some are necessary while others are for pure enjoyment. It is important that you consider the financial obligation that comes with personal loans. Too often, individuals access money quickly then struggle to repay it. If you don?t have a good budget in place you may find yourself unable to make the payments on your personal loan.

An area where many individuals get into trouble with personal loans is debt consolidation. Within a year most people who use personal loans for this find themselves in even worse financial shape. This is because they have not altered their spending habits any. The result is they charge their credit cards up to the limit and now have those payments to make again as well as a personal loan payment. They may soon find they are drowning in the swimming pool of debt.

Enrolling in a debt management plan may be a great alternative for you to help you meet your financial obligations. Most debt management plans involve working with your creditors to reduce interest rates as well as working with the individual to establish a realistic budget and work to change spending habits.

The first step in the process is to do some research on the debt management programs available. Find out how long they have been in business and check for any reports from customers with the Better Business Bureau. Once you have chosen one, call to discuss your situation with them and schedule an appointment. You will need to bring statements for all of your bills as well as verification of your income.

With a debt management counselor you will discuss your monthly obligations. They will work with your creditors to reduce the interest on your debt. This will reduce your monthly payments. You will then make one monthly payment to the debt management agency. They will then disburse the funds to your creditors. You will continue to get monthly statements from your creditors for your records.

It is important that you understand you can?t use any of your credit cards that you place into a debt management program. Keeping that in mind, you might want to choose one with a very small limit that you pay separately. You will avoid making any additional charges on that credit card unless it is an absolute emergency. You will want to discuss this with your debt management counselor.

Most creditors are willing to accept the terms of a debt management program because it shows you are accepting responsibility for your debt. They want to recoup the money you owe so this is a very realistic way for that to happen. Most debt management agencies have policies in place about missing payments. Generally, if you miss two payments in a row they will drop you from the program. It is important you notify the debt management agency if you are having difficulties with making a payment.

Obtaining credit is often too easy, yet repaying it can be a struggle you have for a large portion of your life. If your personal loans and other debt have spiraled out of control, contact a debt management program to see if they can help your situation.

Whitney Houston?s estate plan is revealed

Interestingly, Whitney Houston?s will was originally drafted in 1993 and amended only once since. There is some speculation about whether or not there was a second will somewhere. Questions and concerns by family members about the accuracy of a will or whether or not there are additional relevant documents in existence can be a problem associated with executing a will. Family members that are unhappy with amendments may try to discredit the validity of the changes, leading to extended legal debate over the true intent of the party.

Why is it a Must to Have a Trusted Probate, Personal & Business Law Firm?

Businesses now have the worst spot in the different parts of the world. Some of the small businesses ended up having to close after only a month of being in the business. In Europe, there are a great number of people who experienced losing their precious jobs because of the fact that the room for opportunity in the different countries in Europe is becoming rarer by the months. If you will be living in the States, this is also the condition that you are going to see. So if you are faced with such problems, the only thing that you should be doing is to study the possible opportunities and solutions because the burst of the economic bubble won?t be going anytime soon.

Whitney Houston leaves everything to daughter Bobbi Kristina

According to reports, the singer?s 19 page will left nothing to her ex-husband Bobby Brown. The will, which was filed in Atlanta, makes the teenager the heir to millions. Included in the will are Whitney Houston?s money, clothing, furniture, cars, jewelry and her home. The money from the estate will reportedly be placed in a trust for Bobbi Kristina and will be played out to her at ages 21, 25 and 30.

Probate issues continue for Whitney Houston

We have repeatedly warned of the dangers of dying without a will. There are many times when those who die intestate leave behind a legacy of familial strife because of disagreements regarding how to divide the property that the decedent left behind. These disagreements are most common in situations where a decedent remarries and the children from the previous marriage have a strained relationship with the new spouse. The drama which recently unfolded after the death of Whitney Houston?s father illustrates this all-too-common problem.

Lessons in estate planning in Houston?s will

This is not to say that Houston did not think through the administration of her estate. For example, she created a testamentary trust for her daughter. A testamentary trust is one that is created by the will and is similar to a living trust, but still has to go through probate. By doing this, Houston spread out the distribution of assets to her daughter, so she would not become entitled to the entire estate until the age of 30. At age 21, she would only receive 10 percent of her inheritance. Houston also provided for independent trustees to spend the money on behalf of her daughter, for matters such as her education and family life.

Learning from Whitney Houston?s Overly Simple Estate Plan

Whitney Houston executed her last will and testament back in 1993 shortly after she and Bobby Brown were married but before she had any children.? She revised her will only once in 2000 to change her executor from her attorney to her mother.? The will was very simple, creating a testamentary trust (one created only at death after probating the will) for the benefit of her children if she should have any at the time of her death. Some of the good traits of Whitney?s will were that it was flexible enough to provide for the possibility of Whitney having children in the future.? It also provided that her children would receive distributions from the trust at specified ages, rather than outright at age 18.? It is important that an estate plan be geared toward protecting your children from the money they will inherit, and be created in such a way to be flexible towards some of life?s events such as the birth of additional children.

Whitney Houston will contains several surprising features

The fact that Houston chose not to take advantage of a trust based estate plan is somewhat surprising, given that wills-which pass through probate court-become public record, can be costly and time-consuming and can open up the possibility of challenges down the road. Going with a trust-based estate plan has the advantage of keeping matters regarding one?s estate private and avoiding the costs and hassles of probate.

Marcia Pevey: Managing life possessions through a will

Not many people realize the importance of having a will. In fact, a research by the AARP shows that in the U.S., two out of five people over the age of 45 still don?t have a will. If a person dies without a will, he or she will be called an intestate and the distribution of assets would be settled based on state laws. Probate, which is the transfer of property ownership, is overseen by lawyers like Marcia Pevey, who specializes in such legal matters.

Reversal of Fortunes - Prep Football Interceptions

There's something completely demoralizing about them if you're on the "other" team. From second to second in high school football, you have no idea what's around the corner. That's what we love about the game. Any play might average, huge, or a complete and devastating failure. The prep football interception falls in the last category if your team is on the offense. You feel it in your gut like a body blow from a prized fighter. That 20 yard gain literally on the tip of your receivers finger tips is now completely reversed and going the wrong way. Let's talk a little it about the play that can suck the energy out of an offense's fan giant a giant vacuum...the high school football interception.

Look, the passing game feels like Vegas as it. High stakes for big yards but riskier than the run. You're already tempting fate a little bit going that route. It's a lot harder at the prep football level to coordinate everything that's needed to pull off a successful pass. The QB has to deliver the ball well. The offensive line has to give him the protection and time needed to allow passing routes to play out. The receiver not only has to get there and get separation from the DB, but he has to make the actual catch in what seems to be a flash of time. This all deals with the offense. What if we have some amazing athletes lurking around in the backfield. All it takes is a dominant cornerback or clarovoyant free safety to wreak havoc. Don't forget the linebackers who are watching every move of the QB's eyes. It's amazing any pass gets caught. Now and then they get caught...by the wrong team.

There's almost no sport equivalent to such a huge swing in momentum. Even sacks and fumble recoveries don't compare. With an interception, the ball is sailing at about 20-25 mile per hour and in the blink of an eye, it now instantly changes direction 180 degrees. One minute, you're beaming with excitement and then jaw drops in disappointment. Te best part (if you're the defense) is watching the quarterback try to make the tackle as the last barrier on the field between the defensive back and a touchdown. Really....taking out the knees? That's what we expect from a QB. If the DB runs the interception all the way back for a touchdown, well...you just feel that in the gut.

So how often do interceptions occur? The best defensive backs in high school football leagues, usually have 15 interceptions in a league. The best prep football db's might average over 1 interception per game. Let's face it...they're not easy to come by which is why they have such a big impact. Some DB's will go an entire season and never get an interception. Ever. So next time you're watching a high school football game and suddenly the crowd gasps and the ball disobeys physics by reversing direction instantly and with equal speed, have respect for what just happened. The high school football interception deserves respect.

Attraction or repulsion? New method predicts interaction energy of large molecules

Attraction or repulsion? New method predicts interaction energy of large molecules

Friday, May 18, 2012

Krzysztof Szalewicz, professor of physics and astronomy at the University of Delaware, and Rafal Podeszwa of the University of Silesia Institute of Chemistry in Poland have developed and validated a more accurate method for predicting the interaction energy of large molecules, such as biomolecules used to develop new drugs.

The research is reported as a communication in the April 27 issue of the Journal of Chemical Physics, which is the most highly cited journal in atomic, molecular and chemical physics according to Thomson Reuters. The journal is published by the American Institute of Physics. Despite appearing at the end of April, the paper was on the list of the 20 most-read articles in JCP for that month.

If you think of two molecules as a couple on a blind date, the UD method more accurately predicts their potential for attraction or repulsion. Such interactions are known as van der Waals forces after the Dutch physicist who defined them and won the 1910 Nobel Prize in physics.

The UD method is expected to enhance existing theory by enabling scientists to more accurately calculate the energy of the van der Waals interactions between molecules located several angstroms apart, which is about one-millionth of the width of a human hair. Existing theory applicable to large molecules can model such interactions within only about one angstrom.

Szalewicz says the UD method of calculating the correlation between the motions of electrons in van der Waals clusters ? technically referred to as the "dispersionless density functional plus dispersion method (dlDF+D)" ? generates more accurate predictions for the interactions of large molecules than any other published approach. It is expected to have application in computational studies of clusters and condensed phases of matter, which include solids and liquids.

Szalewicz notes that some pharmaceutical companies, particularly in Europe, have established computational groups to predict various properties of drug molecules, in particular, the abilities of drugs to form different crystallographic structures called polymorphs.

Even the simplest drugs, such as Tylenol, have several polymorphs. If a different polymorph of a drug is crystallized in the production phase than the one intended, the therapeutic properties of this polymorph may be different and its application may even result in the death of patients, he says. The defense industry also increasingly is relying on computers to predict the properties of novel materials, such as bulletproof body armor.

"Better prediction of the properties of matter using computers is important to technological progress," Szalewicz says. "Better software and computers can give you a little edge in investigating nature."

And nobody appears to final even the ones that I assume would last. I suspected that he has fear of commitment. But he will not accept it, which the truth is is one more characteristic of a person who features a fear of commitment. We had a conversation about this when. Here it goes:

Me: ?Have you ever before been to a serious connection before
Patrick: ?Nope.? Re replied.
Me: ?Why?
Patrick: ?It?s since I?m not ready but.?
Me: ?What are the factors that created you not ready I asked once more.
He merely shrugged his shoulders and paused.
Patrick: ?It is just because I am concerned to commit to some woman, and I don?t would like to get married at the moment. I am frightened that I may not handle the responsibilities of a father and also a husband at the same time.?
Me: ?Then you will be one of those who are afraid of commitments or the fear of commitment.?
Patrick: ?Am I I do not think so??

Worry of dedication makes it hard for you personally to determine on whatever you should choose on particularly if the long term is at stake. Hence, having a worry of dedication just isn?t wholesome in any way. Worry of commitment can actually hold you back because it is just be entrusting to some process that lifestyle must give and we?re in a position to make probably the most of possibilities that occur our way.

Worry of commitment can be activated by many triggers. Worry of dedication may get started from childhood from which an individual suffered from traumatic expertise, for example separation of mothers and fathers, divorce, and death. Fear of commitment may also be a result of bad role designs air max90 where the person may perhaps have witnessed offensive associations. And worst the individual could have already been a target of it. These encounters possess a terrific influence to the person?s decision making and for that reason the lead to of development of their fear of commitment.

Fear of Commitment though is often defeated by diverse strategies. Probably the most widespread system used in conquering fear of Commitment is the hypnosis or hypnotherapy. So when you have buddies who?re suffering from a commitment air max90 phobia or fear of commitment, support them defeat it.

Investing in Forex Trading | SmartMoneyGuy - Personal Finance and ...

Forex TradingI am sure, we have all seen the advertisements online or in print media, also we have all?heard the success stories about people, that make a descent income with trading currencies online. Forex (Foreign?Exchange) is a??commodity market, like gold and oil and is driving by bid and ask. Traders use that to buy and sell for a profit if demand for a certain currency is on the rise.

Millions of millions of Dollars (or other currencies) are traded every day and the market is open on all business days, 24 hours.

First of all, you need to be a keen observer of the financial markets. If you are?definitely?interested, you will have to find a broker as well as a solid Forex education. There are many websites on the web that can help you learning the terms of the trade. I would?definitely?recommend that you learn Forex from a Professional Trader, who has been?successfully?in the business several years.

Be aware, there are many automation or get rich quick guides on Forex out there. I do not think, that a program sold for $60 sold on the internet can give you skills, to smartly trade and invest and give you a return of 10% a month! Many online broker are offering demo accounts, where you can trade virtually and test your trading skills. Do that for several month, before you even think about trading Forex with real money.

Should Forex trading be part of my investment portfolio?

Yes, if you are not planning on?retiring?anytime soon and you are happy with the risks. If you do not wish to trade yourself, you can open a managed account with a major broker and they will do all the trading for you. Usually, the returns are a little more conservative and the broker will take a piece of the pie.

It is important that you diversify. Forex is very risky and should not account to more than 5-10% or your portfolio.

Several weeks ago, a variety of remarks emerged from influential NFL owners, like Pats owner Robert Kraft, regarding the future of the salary cap under the new CBA.? And it painted a not-so-pretty picture for players who are under the impression that it will continue to increase ? and that it will spike significantly when the new TV deals kick in.

The talk culminated in NFLPA president Domonique Foxworth vowing to ?crunch all the numbers.?? All the numbers apparently have been crunched.

The NFLPA has taken the message directly to the players via a two-page document entitled ?The Economic Truth About The New NFL CBA.?

The first page begins with an all-caps message that ?contrary to recent statements by some NFL owners, the claim that player salaries are flat or are going to remain flat under the CBA are wrong.?

Following that are four bullet points:

1. ?The amount of cash spent on players in salaries an benefits under the new CBA has gone up to nearly 55 percent of All Revenue in 2011. This is a higher percentage of All Revenue spent on players in cash than in any year under the 2006 CBA.?

2. ?Players were paid more than $160 million per team in cash and benefits in 2011, which is well above the $142.2 million in cap plus benefits in 2011, i.e., a lot of cash over cap.?

3. ?Equally significant, because of the increase in signing bonuses in rookie guarantees, the amount of player salaries guaranteed in 2011 increased from about 50% in 2010 to about 57% in 2011. This is the highest percentage of guaranteed compensation the NFL players have ever had.?

4. ?Equally significant, because of the increase in signing bonuses and rookie guarantees, the amount of player salaries guaranteed in 2011 increased from about 50% in 2010 to about 57% in 2011. This is the highest percentage of guaranteed compensation the NFL players have ever had.?

The second page contains two paragraphs: ?The reason for this large increase in cash spending on players is that the new CBA emphasizes and requires cash spending by teams, as opposed to just salary cap dollars. It also removes the mechanism in the old CBA to lower the salary cap when teams spend too much cash above the salary cap. The result is that the new CBA delivers a higher percentage of revenues to players in cash than the old CBA and salaries have gone up ? not remained flat ? under the new CBA.?

And: ?The 47% player share referred to by the owners and others is in cap dollars ? which is an accounting mechanism. In real cash dollars, which go into the players? pockets, the new CBA has so far provided a higher percentage of revenue, a greater percentage of guaranteed money, and more actual dollars, than in any year of the 2006 CBA.?

Here?s our objective assessment of the two-page document:

1.? Ultimately, there?s no difference between salary cap dollars and real dollars.? Every dollar paid to a player eventually hits the salary cap.? The fact that, collectively, the teams spent over the cap by more than 10 percent per club in 2011 means that, eventually, that excess will be reflected by decreased spending, since fewer cap dollars will be available as the cash-over-cap hits the cap.

2.? The two-page document says nothing about future cap growth.? And therefore it does nothing to refute the contention by multiple owners, like Robert Kraft, that the salary cap will grow only slowly over the next several years.

3.? The increased use of guaranteed salaries is significant, but in many cases the salaries being guaranteed are salaries that were going to be paid anyway.? For example, when a player receives an eight-figure signing bonus and fully-guaranteed first-year base salary, there?s no reason to guarantee the first-year salary because it?s going to be paid with or without a guarantee.? And for the first-rounders who now receive three or four years of fully-guaranteed compensation ? under a much more limited compensation formula ? the chances of any of those players being cut within the first three or four seasons already were slim, to say the least.

4.? The best news for players, which isn?t mentioned in the document, is that as of 2013 each team must spend in cash 89 percent of the unadjusted salary cap.? This means, of course, that there was and is no spending minimum per team in 2011 and 2012.

5.? The document also omits reference to or explanation of the union?s decision to agree to remove $46 million in total cap dollars from two teams that like to spend money (the Cowboys and Redskins) and redistribute it to teams that may or may not spend it.

Here?s the bottom line as to, well, the bottom line.? Both sides should feel good about getting a deal done that creates an atmosphere (at least financially) or a true partnership.? And the NFL should refrain from saying or doing anything to suggest that the deal isn?t as good as the players think it is.? The league should want the players to be happy with the deal, and the players should want the league to be happy with the deal.? That?s how a true partnership is supposed to work, and that attitude will help avoid having the NFL slip into lockout or strike status come 2021.

McNair Custom Homes ? Remodeling Homeowners Choosing Style ...

remodeling style tips

Even as new and existing home sales and prices climb, homeowners are prioritizing aesthetics before profit, according to a recent Houzz & Home Survey. Houzz is a leading online platform for home design and remodeling, with more than four million unique users each month.

Among homeowners planning to build, remodel or decorate in the next two years, 86 percent cited ?improving the look and feel of the space? as an important driver for remodeling projects, while only 47 percent cited ?increasing home value.? The gap between these priorities was consistent across all income levels and demographic groups.

Homeowners say they are more likely to cut back in other areas, such as vacations and other big-ticket purchases, than to delay or decrease the budget for their home improvement plans.

Seventy percent of respondents said they?d rather cut back elsewhere or do some of the work themselves than take out a loan to finance their home improvement. Even upscale homeowners are taking a hands-on approach to building, remodeling and decorating projects. The survey found that while 45 percent of homeowners at upper income levels ($150,000+) are choosing to hire an architect, interior designer, general contractor or another remodeling or decorating professional to complete a project in its entirety, an equal number of them are combining professional help and DIY efforts, a proportion only slightly smaller than the 49 percent taking this combination approach in lower income brackets.

Kitchens and bathrooms are the most popular remodeling projects among Houzz users, with 48 percent of respondents planning a bathroom remodel, and 45 percent redoing a kitchen in the next two years.

Other interesting findings from the survey include:

  • In the next two years, 72 percent of homeowners surveyed plan to decorate or redecorate, 40 percent plan to remodel or construct an addition, while 10 percent are planning to build a custom home.
  • 57 percent of Houzz homeowners planning to complete a project in the next two years will hire a general contractor, 35 percent a kitchen or bath professional and 32 percent will hire a carpet or flooring professional. Thirty percent are planning to hire an architect, 26 percent an interior designer and 24 percent a landscape architect or designer.
  • About half?52 percent?say they will save money by completing some projects themselves.
  • The largest projects in terms of average spend in the last five years were custom home builds ($577,000), complete home remodels ($193,000), pool additions or replacements ($34,000) and kitchen remodels ($25,000).
